Dear Patient,  Please be advised that we are charging a 3% surcharge for all credit card / PayPal transactions.  If you would prefer to mail a check in, then there is NO SURCHARGE.  The system will not automatically add the 3% to your payment, so please be aware that we will add this to your account in the office when we receive the payment, or you can add it on yourself before making the payment.  Thank you.
